EFI considers high levels of software product quality and customer satisfaction critical to the success of our business partners and our strategy. We also know that the value and productivity gains of our technology such as EFI MicroPress extend far beyond the product installation. With the appropriate level of hardware and software support, we are confident that the customers can reap lifetime gains from MicroPress and their other EFI solutions.
As of April 1, 2005 EFI provides two types customer support for our channel partners on the MicroPress product. Our standard offering is to provide support to our distributions partners who are providing end user and reseller support. Our passion is to ensure that our channel partners are successful with their direct support of EFI’s MicroPress product.
For those distributors who wish not to provide reseller or Tier 2 support, EFI has a reseller support plan for these customers. Our goal with these plans is to provide to the channel added expertise and depth to assist the channel in delivering higher quality support to the end user. For versions earlier than MicroPress 7.0, EFI will honor any existing Tier 1 support contracts.
