Optimizing Color and Consistency with your Fiery Controller

Description: This course reviews many common issues found in digital color printing and shows practical ways to solve them when using your Fiery Controller. Students will be shown methods for optimizing print engine performance, Fiery Controller calibration and tips on maintaining a balanced printing environment.

EFI Fiery Central Technical Certification

By getting the EFI Fiery Central Technical Certification you gain working knowledge of Fiery Central modules in production environments. It focuses on supporting your sales effort in pre-and-post sales role. You also gain working knowledge on installing and configuring Fiery Central systems, Flow components and connecting Fiery Central to Fiery and non-EFI controlled devices.

EFI Fiery Basic Certification

The EFI Fiery Basic Certification is a foundation for the Fiery Controller and Fiery software. The 3-day course focuses on key Fiery Controller features, hardware configuration and job and workflow optimization.

EFI Fiery Advanced Certification

The EFI Fiery Advanced Certification is a complement to the Fiery Basic Certification, and provides more technical knowledge for the Fiery Controller and Fiery software. The 2-day course focuses on Print Production and Workflow as well as Advanced Color and profiling.

EFI MicroPress Technical Certification

The EFI^TM MicroPress® Technical Certification is a four and a half day, hands-on course targeted towards EFI dealerships and partners, who install, operate, service or support MicroPress solutions. By taking this course, you get achieve a comprehensive knowledge of MicroPress software installations, configuration, features and functions. The instructor-led class is taught at either the EFI Georgia office or at EFI Germany in Ratingen. You can also request an on-site training at a dealer location.

EFI Digital StoreFront Technical Certification

The three and a half day EFI Digital StoreFront™ Technical Certification course is targeted towards technical professionals, who are responsible for installing, configuring and customizing Digital StoreFront. The instructor-led course teaches you the software features and how to customize the solution. You gain a working knowledge of all the key features, optional modules and Digital StoreFront’s functionality. The EFI teaches the class at either the EFI Georgia office or at EFI Germany in Ratingen. You can also request an onsite training at a dealer location.

EFI SendMe Certification Webinar

This 90-minute EFI SendMe™ Webinar teaches pre-and post- sales support staff, office managers, dealers, and assistants how to convert hard copy documents to a more efficient digital workflow using EFI SendMe. You’ll learn EFI SendMe’s user interface touch screen functions and distribution of scanned documents to server archives via e-mail directories or Internet fax. You’ll also learn the set-up of the administration console through demonstrations and interactive exercises that show how to link an LDAP database, enable Bates Stamping or 128-bit file encryption, and to connect to a Westbrook/Fortis server. In addition, you’ll learn how to use the editing tools to direct recipients’ attention to specific parts of a scanned document.
